We have it for my daughter who has been using it since she was 10 months old and even now, at 2 years old, she still enjoys it the most out of all her toys. Of course, she has had a few falls because it is sturdy, but now she knows how to be careful. It is lightweight compared to other wooden toys and easier to move around, which is why it flips over backwards and forwards. It requires parental supervision. Now I will also get it for my son because my daughter doesn't let him use hers.

Fun until the baby gains courage..
My 19-month-old son pushed a little harder and it flipped forward!!! The whole horse turned upside down. Luckily we were close and caught him. Otherwise, he would have fallen face down. Very dangerous! The base should have protruded more in the front and back to swing.
