So you set it to the temperature that works for you and then just turn the hot all the way up on the mixer. And of course, like with all instant water heaters, use the water only when you need it and don't let it run unnecessarily.

I wish all furniture were as easy to assemble and even had IKEA-type instructions. Excellent quality of each shelf and the metal. I bought two and it took me 5 minutes each to assemble them (with an electric screwdriver). Mounting requires 2 anchors for each one, as it is obvious. You will need a level for absolute certainty. An excellent piece of furniture.

Egg proteins were a monopoly in the '80s and late '90s. Then whey proteins appeared and the market changed significantly. However, there are people who don't tolerate dairy well or want to try something different.

Unfortunately, this one reminded me of a huge problem I had 25 years ago when I first tried an egg protein supplement: really poor solubility. This issue had been resolved later on, but this specific product is literally like a time machine.

The taste is very good with water, a bit salty, but it's a classic characteristic of egg proteins. Unfortunately, though, I have to mix it with a regular blender every time. It doesn't work with a simple frother, and forget about using a shaker.

If you have the patience to blend it in a large blender and don't mind the foam, it's a good solution for pure protein with high bioavailability. Otherwise, choose something else.

Wonderful taste (pistachio), good solubility, does not seem to have any additional amino acids in the ingredients to raise suspicion of spiking. Literally half the price compared to the competition.

Τελικά σετάρω τελείως διαφορετικά το PC στο σπίτι και δεν ήθελα καλώδια και ηχεία στο γραφείο και είπα να την ανοίξω. Την τοποθέτησα κάτω από την οθόνη. Αξιοπρεπής ήχος για το μέγεθος αλλά τίποτα τρομερό. Ωραία μεσαία όμως, πρέπει να σημειωθεί. Γενικά δεν το μετάνιωσα που την άνοιξα, είναι πραγματικά ό,τι πρέπει για κάτω από την οθόνη.
